M-F, 8am-5pm = $89/hour

Afterhours & holidays $178.00​ with a $250 minimum charge.

Last-Minute, unscheduled work like leaving a mess after your move out is billed at afterhours rates. ​

M-F, 8am-5pm = $120/hour

Afterhours & holidays = $240/hour

Service Call

In addition to the hourly rates listed above, we charge $50 Service Call per trip to a property, Home Deposit, etc. to offset vehicle expense.

What hours are billable?

Everything associated with the work, including but not limited to inspection, research, planning, dispatch, project management, driving, ordering, purchasing, delivering, installing, clean up, bookkeeping, review, and communications with tenants, owners, attorneys, etc.
